Linfield supporters and fans of other clubs have given their opinion of the Blues’ new home shirt for the 2024-25 campaign.

The kit – manufactured by Macron – which features a royal blue base with a white pinstripe, white shorts and red socks is now on sale for Linfield supporters.

The release of the new playing strip had mixed reviews online when it was exclusively revealed on the club’s social media platforms.

Stew Will posted on X (formerly Twitter): “Back to red socks is an improvement. I’m sure it’ll be a grower with the fans.”

Lee also gave the kit a thumbs-up by simply posting: “Stunning”.

However, MBlueman had a different viewpoint as he stated: “Worst home kit I can ever remember!”

Conor Donnelly joked (or maybe not): “Did someone win a competition to design that(?)”
